Shopping Policies (Returns, Refunds, etc.)
Originals
All artwork is created by myself and available for purchase. Please click the "Inquiries" link under the image you wish to purchase. Purchases for work (and commissions) can be done in payments but the item will not be in your possession until after all payments are made in total.
Print Reproductions
Each painting can be reproduced as prints on paper, canvas, metal (framed or unframed) or printed on your favorite everyday items like pillows, bags and phone cases. Fine Art America manufactures and ships reproductions from my print page.
Payments Accepted
I accept Credit, Checks and Cash (local only). You can also pay through Paypal.
Shipping
Shipping is additional. Paintings will ship UPS Ground and packed flat. Prints and reproductions from Fine Art America will be shipped by them.
Return & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with an original painting upon delivery, please contact me within 2 weeks of receipt of the artwork, so we can arrange for a return and full refund of the purchase. Due to the nature of customization for commissioned works, returns for such will not be accepted. Every effort will be made to make the piece to your specifications (within reason!) For returns on prints fulfilled via Fine Art America see their policy below.
Once I or Fine Art America receives the returned item, a full refund will be given.
Commissions
Do you like the work but are not finding one to quite fit into your home or office? Let me create something for you! I can retell your meaningful stories in a unique way with symbols to represent what's most important to your life and a color palette to enhance it. Pricing will be based on size, materials and labor. All paintings will be done with acrylics and mixed textures on gallery wrapped canvas and then later varnished with a semigloss coating to protect the work.
